Der Lumber Jack ist ein Sessel, der sich durch das Spannungsverhältnis von Aussen und Innen, kubischer Form zu Bequemlichkeit auszeichnet. Der Sessel wurde für das ostwestfälische Unternehmen SMV entworfen.

CULTURAL LIBRARY meets URBAN CULTURAL SPACES
Aside of examining the processes and tools that were developed during the CULTURAL LIBRARY by Prof. Philipp Heidkamp and Dipl. Des. Jessica Stihl, as well as the URBAN CULTURAL SPACES by Prof. Sven-Anwar Bibi and Prof. Wu, the joint projects tried to develop additional tools for the management of intercultural cooperations and the effective preparation of such projects.

Appointment as Professor at GUC
Sven-Anwar Bibi was appointed Professor and Head of Productdesign Department at the German University in Cairo.
Details on the Department´s work and on going projects will be posted soon.
URBAN CULTURAL SPACES
Workshop at the DongHua University Shanghai and KISD (Köln International School of Design) supported by Shanghai based Toncom Co., LTD.
In december 2010 a consecutive workshop will be conducted at KISD in cooperation with Prof. Philipp Heidkamp and Dipl. Designer Jessica Stihl, both responsible for the Cultural Library Project at KISD.
